SHIPPING  ships worldwide using GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI & ELTA COURIER – PORTA PORTA for Greece and Cyprus & DHL for Europe and the rest of the world.
All shipments destined for countries inside and outside the European Union, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise. 


Shipping costs within Greece are 4,00 € and free shipping is available for orders over 100,00 €.
For European countries free shipping is available for orders over 250,00 €.
Shipping costs for all European countries and the rest of the world are calculated and displayed in the checkout process and included in the final price of the product in the checkout. 

The additional cost for cash on delivery is € 4.00 for Greece and € 5.00 for Cyprus and is available only for these countries.

Cyprus : 20,00 € shipping & 5,00 € extra charge for pay on delivery

European countries : 16,00 €

Switzerland, Norway & UK: 19,00 €

USA, Canada, Μexico: 31,00 €

For the rest countries of the world : 41,00 €

For some countries, shipping costs may be different. In this case, we will contact you for approval via email, before sending your order.

Important Note: For countries outside EU the customs duties and taxes that may occur are covered by the recipient. This rule includes UK & Switzerland.


Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 48 hours from receipt. Order processing begins at the time you receive your order confirmation email . During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email from us containing your order number and the tracking number of your shipment. With this number, you can access the tracking page of our shipping partner to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Once an order has shipped, it MUST be accepted upon delivery. All fees incurred by any order refused upon delivery will be the responsibility of the client–including but not limited to: the cost of re-entry, customs fees and duties (for shipments outside the EU). Said fees will be deducted from any refund or store credit due the client. 


Pre-Ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available in our store. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, despite the postponed shipment date. 


Some items require more time to ship out than described above so please check the shipping status of each product (in the product information page) if quick delivery is a critical aspect when placing your order. 


In case your shopping bag includes items with different shipping statuses additional shipping charges will apply in case of multiple shipments 


Estimated delivery time: 2-5 days, unless there is different information on the specific product.
Please note : 

  • Couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on Sundays and Greek holidays. 
  • If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Greece at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Greece. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item for a refund. We recommend you ensure the parcel arrives back to us in time. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging that you received it including all tags and warranties 

Return a damaged or Defective Item 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 48 hours from delivery will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
In case you notice an extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Care team immediately. 

Repeated Returns 

We offer a flexible returns policy but we monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Continued returns may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused. 

Late Returns 

  • Returns outside of the 14 days period may be accepted at the discretion of
  • All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please have your order number available every time you contact Customer Care 
  • Make sure you have read our Returns and Refund policy prior your purchase 
  • Follow the return instructions 
  • We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If otherwise decide to use any other secure means we may not accept liability. 

Costs and Returns Process 

Returning an item is easy and free for Greece and for other countries the costs are borne by the customer.

Just follow the following steps: 

  • Sign in to your Account 
  • Go to My Orders (Your account will only display orders eligible for returns). 
  • Select the orders or the items you wish to return/exchange, chose the reason for return and finally submit your return request form. 
  • Check the box that you agree with our Return and Exchange Policy 
  • We will provide you via e-mail a Return Number and Instructions. 
  • Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us. 

Schedule the time of receipt of the returned product 

  • For Greece we are using Geniki Taxydromiki. To return a product call to us, or call to Geniki Taxydromiki of your area or at +30 210 4851100
  • For the rest of the world we are using DHL. Contact your country’s DHL or visit DHL website. 

Prepare your package for return

  • Place the item in the original packaging and seal it securely 
  • Attach the return label (shipping waybill) 
  • Keep the Courier receipt until the parcel arrives back to us 
  • Please have your order number available every time you contact our Customer Care team. 
  • Make sure you have read our Returns and Refund policy prior your purchase 


  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
  • Soon after we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the full purchase price (shipping excluded) to your credit card or through your original method of payment 
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, (typically, within 8-10 business days from the day depending on your card issuer’s policies. 
  • You can check the status of your return within the My Orders History 

There is always available the possibility to credit the amount into your   Account and use it within a year of your original purchase.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
