Payments, as well as refunds are invoiced in Euro (EUR). 

1. PAY ON DELIVERY – in Greece

Full payment is made upon delivery of the order. In case of delivery of the products by a transport company, the payment will be made to the competent employee upon delivery of the order. Αt an additional cost 4,00 € 

2. BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

Pay for your order with your Mastercard, Visa and Maestro debit or credit card, through the secure Eurobank banking system.

During the checkout step “payment” – please select the option “card”. 

When you place orders online, Credit Card details are entered into a protected online banking system. Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.

In the bank deposit you must enter as a reason the full name in which the order was made and the order number.
After depositing the amount of money, please contact the E-Shop Department by sending an e-mail to info@azelma.gr to notify that your deposit has been made or call us at tel : +30 2752 097866.

Any bank charges are borne by the customer.

 3. PAYMENT BY PAYPAL 

Please select “PayPal” as your payment method and you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. If you have an existing PayPal account, you can log in using your user data to confirm the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register one and proceed with the payment. Refunds from returns will be booked onto the registered PayPal account.
